Warranty Information

All of our heated outerwear is backed by a 12 month warranty (12 months from the day you received the item). All batteries are backed by a 6 month warranty (6 months from the day you received the battery), including batteries that ship with our outerwear and batteries purchased on our website.

Our Warranty Policy covers:

  • Any defects in materials used to manufacture your item
  • Defects in workmanship under normal use
  • Any broken components under normal use

Our Warranty Policy does not cover:

  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage of a product resulting from an accident
  • Improper care
  • Negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • The natural breakdown of colors and materials over time

After we receive the item associated with the Warranty Claim, if we determine that the issue is covered by Warranty, then we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Replace the item, at no cost, with the same item (if available)
  • Or, refund the full price of the item, not including associated shipping costs.

To submit a Warranty Claim:

  1. Fill out the support request form on our Support Page. In the comments section, begin comment with: ATTN: WARRANTY CLAIM. Please include your order number and date of purchase.

Consumer Protection:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state
